The Board of Directors of Indo Agri Resources Ltd. ("the Company") wishes to announce that Mr Mulyawan Tjandra, an Executive Director of the Company will be leaving the Company to pursue his other personal interests and will resign as Director with effect from 16 September 2007.
Consequent to Mr Tjandra's resignation as Executive Director of the Company, he shall also cease to be a member of the Executive Committee of the Company on 16 September 2007.
The Board wishes to put on records its appreciation to Mr Tjandra for his contributions to the Company and its subsidiaries during his tenure as Executive Director of the Company.
