Level and Mix of Remuneration
The remuneration policy of the Group will seek, inter alia, to align the interests of employees with the Group, to reward and encourage
performance based on its core values and to ensure that remuneration is commercially competitive to attract and retain talent.
The remuneration framework for independent directors adopted by the RC comprises of a base fee for membership on the Board,
chairing the Board and Board Committees and fees as member of Board committees. Directors’ fees will be submitted as a lump sum
for shareholders’ approval in general meeting.
The remunerations of the Executive Director and the Key Executive comprise of two components: (i) an annual fxed cash component
which comprise of annual basic salary and other fxed allowances; and (ii) an annual performance incentive which links to the Group’s
and individual executive’s performance.
Disclosure on Remunerations
The remunerations of the Directors, in the bands of S$250,000, for the fnancial year ended 31 December 2012 are set out in the table below:
