Based on information available to Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. ("the Company") as at 14 March 2008, approximately 30.88% of the issued ordinary shares of the Company is held by the public and, therefore, the public float requirement under Rule 723 of the Listing Manual issued by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited is complied with.
