EVENT OCCURRING AFTER THE REPORTING PERIOD
Acquisition of a subsidiary
In January 2016, PT WHL entered into an agreement to acquire 99.97% interest in PT Perusahaan Perkebunan dan
Perdagangan Umum Pasir Luhur (“Pasir Luhur”) for a cash consideration of Rp55 billion. Pasir Luhur owns a tea
plantation in West Java. Upon the completion of the transaction on 29 February 2016, Pasir Luhur has become a
subsidiary of the Group.

AUTHORISATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR ISSUE
The financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015 were authorised for issue in accordance with a resolution
of the directors on 15 March 2016.
