The Board of Directors (“Board”) and Management of Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) and together with its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) firmly believe that good corporate governance is a reflection of the Group’s commitment towards long-term sustainable business performance.
This report sets out the key aspects of the Group’s corporate governance framework and practices, with reference to the principles and provisions of the Code of Corporate Governance 2018 (“2018 CG Code”). The Company has complied with the principles of all material aspects of the 2018 CG Code, and where there are deviations to the 2018 CG Code, the explanations are provided in the respective sections of this report.
