PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk ("Lonsum")'s Resolutions Passed At The AGM

The Board of Directors of Indofood Agri Resources Ltd wishes to announce that its listed subsidiary in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk ("Lonsum"), has made an announcement on the resolutions passed at Lonsum's AGM held on 5 May 2009.
